A clear place to begin
Website content is provided to explain Kola’s services and launch packages. A service order starts only after the scope, deliverables, timing and price have been agreed in writing. Package descriptions are summaries; the specific agreed brief governs each order.
Commercial use is included in the listed launch packages. Included revisions cover small changes to pose, colour, background, lighting or text on delivered work. A new product, new concept or changed brief after delivery is a new order. Delivery times begin after the brief and required inputs are confirmed. Where a page detail differs from a written order confirmation, ask Kola to clarify before work begins.
